We offer fresh fish and local vegetables caught this morning in Iwaya, Awajishima, in Kitashinchi.
The secret to being able to serve such fresh ingredients is that the owner, who is from Awajishima, purchases fish and vegetables directly from his friends.
We offer a variety of courses that bring out the best in fresh local fish and vegetables.
We also have a particular focus on sake, with more than 20 types in stock at any given time. After repeated tastings with trusted liquor stores, we carefully select only sake that we feel is truly delicious.
Seats in semi-private rooms are available for 2 to 12 people. We also recommend dining at the counter seats, where you can enjoy a conversation with the chef.
